Find films, documentaries and television series
Getting started
Browse Films & TV or Video Books on the homepage, open Documentaries, Television/Series or Video Books, or choose Search. Search by title, series title, genre or subject and narrow results with the category selector. Clear filters to see all titles. Open a title for its synopsis, rating, runtime and available viewing offers. Draft titles are not public. Homepage collection carousel: swipe left or right across a film card, use Previous films / Next films, or select a dot underneath to choose a title. The collection loops in both directions. Phones show one card, tablets two and larger screens three. Vertical swipes scroll the page; tap View title or Trailer to open the selected title. The collection does not automatically advance.
Watch films and use player controls
Watching
For a free preview, choose Watch Trailer on the homepage, film cards or title page when a trailer is available. A large overlay opens with sound, volume, seek and full-screen controls. Close it with Close, Escape or a click outside the overlay; closing stops playback. The still preview on a title page opens the same player. Trailers do not require a purchase. Use your private purchase access email or Screenings invitation to open authorized playback. Use Play/Pause, volume, seek and full-screen controls; available quality settings depend on your device and video. The player on the public title page is currently labeled Admin preview and requires an administrator sign-in. Customers should use their private access page. If playback stops, check your internet connection and access expiration, then reopen your authorized player.
Save titles to My List
Getting started
Choose My List on a title page to save or remove it. Open My List to return to saved titles. Selections are stored in this browser and do not automatically follow you to other devices; clearing browser storage can remove them. Saving a title does not buy, rent, subscribe to, or grant access to it.
Buy or rent a film
Purchases and membership
At checkout, enter your full name before continuing to secure payment. When signed in, your verified customer email is filled in and locked so payment, confirmations and film access use the same address. To use another account, sign out and sign in with that email first. Guest customers should use the same email as their customer account. Your name is saved with the order for customer service; it does not automatically create a verified customer account. Open the title page to compare Buy, Rent, and Monthly Subscription — Access to All Titles. Unavailable options are marked and cannot be selected. Monthly membership includes all released movies while active; future titles become available on release. Buy can show a presale offer before release. Review the price and terms. Enter your email at checkout and accept the published user agreement. Checkout clearly identifies test mode when applicable. Live checkout charges your payment method when you confirm payment with Stripe. Use the private email link after a confirmed order. A rental must start within 30 days of purchase; its displayed rental period starts when you first start playback. Starting a rental begins its clock even if you pause. An expired or refunded order does not authorize playback. Coming Soon: when selected for a film, its Watch Page replaces all sales cards with Coming Soon! No new Buy, Rent, Presale or film-page monthly offer is shown. Social sharing remains available. For a preorder film, Preorder is offered while Rent and Monthly Subscription show Unavailable until release.
Monthly membership and cancellation
Purchases and membership
When enabled, the monthly offer provides access to the released catalog while the subscription is active. The initial plan is $6.99/month; use the price and recurring terms displayed at checkout. Unreleased titles do not become available early. Review the payment details shown at checkout. Open your private access email and choose Manage or cancel subscription to open the Stripe billing portal when configured. Canceling renewal normally preserves access through the paid period; review the portal confirmation.
Presales and release notifications
Purchases and membership
When a presale is offered, review its price and scheduled release on the title page. Presale playback remains unavailable until the release time and video are ready. FLICKSTREAMS can enable a release notification email for that order. This order-related notification is separate from promotional mailing-list signup. A series release-date label is informational; the actual availability shown by the offer controls access. Contact Support about a changed release date.
Access emails, invoices and missing confirmations
Purchases and membership
Confirmed orders receive a private access link by email. Keep the link private because it grants access. Check spam/junk if it is missing and contact Support with the title and order email, without sending card details or passwords. On Your film access, choose View / download invoice when available. Invoice availability depends on the Stripe order and configured public business details. Your verified account also lists orders placed with the same email. Test orders are separate from live orders.
Use a private Screenings invitation
Screenings
Open the private invitation link sent to you, enter the invited email if prompted, and start the screening. Invitations have an expiration and may allow selected titles only. Keep the link private. Expired or revoked invitations cannot authorize playback. Contact the inviter or Support for an extension or reactivation; only Admin can change access. If access changes during playback, you may need a fresh invitation or to start a new session.
Screenings history and completion
Screenings
Screenings record viewing sessions, session dates/times, minutes watched and completion progress for Admin. Pausing and seeking do not count as watching all skipped content. Multiple sessions can contribute to history, and replayed content is treated differently from new coverage. Expiration or revocation prevents further authorized playback. Contact Support if access details appear incorrect.
Share a title on social media
Sharing
When sharing is enabled, use Facebook, X or Instagram controls on the title page. Choose Instagram to show sharing instructions, then Copy link for Instagram and Open Instagram. Paste the link into a message, your bio or a Story link sticker and finish sharing there. Opening Instagram does not publish automatically. If clipboard access is blocked, select the public film link and copy it manually. Share public title pages only, not private purchase or screening links. Sharing a title does not grant the recipient viewing access.
Homepage background slideshow
Getting started
The homepage can rotate still artwork and muted background videos. Use the visible pause, previous/next and slide controls. Loading, buffering, a hidden browser tab or paused playback can affect when the next full slide interval starts. Reduced-motion settings may pause automatic rotation. Background artwork does not change film access. Responsive artwork: the rotating images and muted videos resize to fit the screen with their original proportions, without cropping. Dark space may remain around artwork with a different shape. The larger homepage logo also scales down on tablets and phones. Rotation timing and pause controls work independently of the film carousel.
Join the mailing list and opt out
Email and support
Use the homepage mailing-list form when enabled, enter your email and agree to receive FLICKSTREAMS news. Open the confirmation email and choose Confirm signup. Promotional emails can include artwork and a video thumbnail that opens the website. Every marketing email includes Unsubscribe from marketing emails in its footer; open it and confirm to stop future marketing. Some email apps also offer one-click unsubscribe. Opting out does not cancel a purchase, rental or monthly plan and does not stop essential order, security or requested privacy messages. The homepage signup heading is Join Our Email List. Signing up still requires email confirmation.
Create an account and sign in with an email link
Getting started
Choose Join FLICKSTREAMS / Create an account or Sign in. Enter your email (and your name when creating an account), accept the user agreement and choose Email me a sign-in link. Open the email within 15 minutes and choose Confirm sign-in. Your first account is created only after email verification; no password is needed. Each link works once. Signing in again replaces previous account sessions. Sessions expire after seven days; use Sign out on shared devices. Check spam/junk or request a new link if expired. No mailing-list subscription is added. Your account shows completed orders matching your verified email in the current payment environment. Open an order for playback, invoices or subscription management. Existing private purchase links still work; private Screenings use their invitation emails. Contact Support if an order used another email. Family profiles, personalized recommendations and TV activation are not implemented. The mobile address opens the responsive website. The TV page is a web catalog, not a native TV app or device activation service. Films stream online; offline downloads are not offered.
Contact Email Support
Email and support
Choose Email Support or Support from the website footer or user-page button. Enter your name, reply email, subject and message, then submit. The site reports whether the email provider accepted the message; acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Messages go to FLICKSTREAMS Support. Include the title, device/browser, time and error text. Do not include passwords, card numbers or private access links. You can email FLICKSTREAMS Support directly.
Read and accept the user agreement
Purchases and membership
Open User agreement in the footer before checkout. Read the currently published version and the specific offer terms. Checkout records acceptance of that version, with separate recurring consent for monthly membership. If the agreement has changed while checkout was open, refresh and review the new version. Contact Support with questions before continuing.
Privacy choices and browser tracking
Privacy
Use Your Privacy Choices in the footer to reject optional advertising or change permission. Global Privacy Control overrides advertising permission. Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Ads and TikTok run only if FLICKSTREAMS configures/enables them and the browser permits advertising. Essential security and access storage remains available when you opt out. Choices apply to the browser; submit a privacy request for email-associated records. The Privacy policy explains the current disclosures.
Privacy requests, verification and data downloads
Privacy
Open Privacy requests in the footer without creating an account. Select the request type and provide your email and necessary details. Requests that access or change personal records send an email verification link. Open the link and explicitly verify; simply opening the email link does not authorize deletion. Eligible access requests can download a JSON copy of website records matching the verified email, including customer account details without sign-in secrets. Verification links expire after seven days; submit a new request if needed. Keep the private request link secure.
Deletion requests, corrections and remaining reviews
Privacy
Deletion requires email verification and a second confirmation. The website can remove matching customer accounts and sign-in sessions, mailing-list records and private screening invitations/history; screening links then stop authorizing access. Purchases and billing records, outside providers, support-mailbox records and backups remain for Admin review. A request is not reported as fully completed while that review remains open. Eligible name corrections can update customer account, mailing-list and screening records; describe other corrections for review. Opt-out requests do not require email verification, and privacy choices can suppress that address from exports and promotional campaigns.
Television seasons, episodes and release years
Watching
Choose Television/Series in navigation or the Search category menu. Cards and title pages show the series title, season, episode and release date when supplied. Each episode has its own title page and viewing offer. Films and documentaries show a release year. A displayed date or year alone does not grant access or guarantee the video is released; use the available viewing options and scheduled availability on the page.
Subtitles, audio and playback troubleshooting
Watching
Caption controls appear only when a subtitle track is available to that player. Admin-uploaded SRT/WebVTT subtitles are currently connected to Admin preview; customer purchase and screening players do not yet expose those uploaded tracks. The current Mux stream uses stereo audio, so 5.1 surround output is not promised. If sound is missing, check mute, volume, device output and browser permissions. A steady connection is required. Contact Support with your browser/device and title if playback still fails.
Use AI Customer Support
Email and support
Choose AI Assistance to the right of Support on any customer page to open AI support without leaving that page. Close help or press Escape to return. Search Help and Email Support remain available. Opening the panel makes no paid AI request; only submitting a question uses the existing website AI allowance. Choose AI Support from a user page or the website footer. Read the AI notice, agree to send your question to OpenAI and ask a complete question about using FLICKSTREAMS. Answers use published Customer Help and show related articles. Each question is answered independently; the assistant does not see previous questions. It is AI and can make mistakes. It cannot access accounts, payments or private records, change orders or send email. Do not provide passwords, card details, private access links or sensitive information. FLICKSTREAMS does not store chat text on its server; recent answers disappear on refresh/close. OpenAI processes requests under its API policies. If AI is off, disconnected, busy or at its monthly allowance, use Search Help or Email Support. The AI does not replace a human response for account-specific problems.
