FlickStreams, llc User Agreement 1. Who provides this service FlickStreams, llc is operated by FlickStreams, llc, located at 3911 Harrison Street, Suite 100A Oakland, CA 94611. Contact: support@streetdreamsprod.com. 2. Using the service Use the service for personal, lawful viewing. Keep private access links and credentials secure. Do not share, resell, copy, redistribute, record, or bypass access restrictions on films without permission. You must be able to enter into this agreement or have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where appropriate. 3. Available viewing options The film page and checkout identify the available offer and its price. A purchase provides licensed streaming access to the selected film; it does not transfer copyright or provide a downloadable copy. A rental must be started within 30 days after payment and lasts for the number of hours shown at checkout, beginning with first playback. A monthly subscription provides access to released films while the subscription is active. Availability may change; contact Support about a purchased title that becomes unavailable. 4. Monthly recurring payments If you choose a monthly subscription, it renews each month at the price disclosed at checkout until canceled. You separately authorize recurring payments at checkout. Use Manage subscription through your emailed access page to cancel renewal, or contact Support for help. Cancellation normally keeps access through the already-paid period unless a refund or other stated change applies. Any price change must be communicated before it applies and remains subject to applicable law. 5. Presales A presale is paid before release. The expected release date is shown with the offer. Playback begins only when the film is released and ready. We may send a release notice to your order email address. If release is delayed, canceled, or materially changed, contact Support about the available options, including any refund rights required by law. 6. Payments and refunds Review the price, currency, access period, and recurring terms before confirming payment. Payment processing is provided through the checkout provider. Do not send payment card details to Support. Contact support@streetdreamsprod.com about duplicate charges, access failures, cancellations, or refund requests. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies. While this website remains in test mode, checkout does not create a real charge. 7. Screenings Private screening invitations apply only to the invited viewer and the stated access period. Invitations may expire or be revoked by the administrator. Ask the sender or Support about extensions. Screening sessions, dates and times, viewing minutes, and completion progress may be recorded for administration of the screening. 8. Devices and playback Streaming requires a supported browser and a reliable internet connection. Playback quality depends on the connection, device, and available video formats. Offline downloads and TV or mobile account features are available only when expressly offered; preview screens do not guarantee those capabilities. 9. Information and email We use information you provide to operate the requested service, deliver access, answer support requests, and administer orders and screenings. Order, access, and release messages are separate from optional marketing. Mailing list signup is optional and can be withdrawn using unsubscribe. Before publication, the operator should provide a privacy notice describing actual collection, processors, retention, and user rights. 10. Changes and service issues We may update these terms prospectively. The version accepted with an order remains recorded with that order. Material changes affecting an existing service will be communicated as required. Contact Support about outages or access problems.
