FlickStreams, llc PRIVACY POLICY AND NOTICE AT COLLECTION Status: Draft for review Last updated: 8/23/2026 FlickStreams, llc (“FlickStreams, llc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates our movie streaming website, film purchases, private screenings, mailing list, and related support services. This policy explains how we handle personal information and how you can exercise privacy choices. No account is required. **NOTICE AT COLLECTION** **Identifiers.** We collect names and email addresses supplied for support, mailing list confirmation, checkout, and screenings. We use this information to provide requested services, administer access, and deliver requested communications. Recipients include our hosting and email delivery providers. **Commercial information.** We collect the selected film, purchase type, price, payment provider identifiers, order status, and agreement acceptance. We use this information to administer payments and authorize viewing. Stripe processes payments when checkout is enabled. Our website does not collect full card numbers in its own forms. Relevant information is processed by our hosting provider and payment processor. **Internet and viewing activity.** We collect screening session dates, viewing minutes, playback progress, access checks, and network request information. We use this information to administer screenings, deliver playback, and protect against unauthorized access. Hosting uses DigitalOcean; video delivery uses Mux. **Browser preferences.** My List selections are stored in your browser. Our privacy controls also record browser privacy preferences. Clearing browser storage may remove locally saved selections and preferences. **Support and privacy correspondence.** We collect the text and other information you submit to us. We use it to respond, resolve issues, and maintain request records. Hosting and email providers support these functions. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request. Sources include you, your browser and viewing activity, screening administrators, and responses from payment and email providers. Our current retention practices are described below. We may use all collected fields and category-specific recipient information collected and disclosed for business purposes. **SALE, SHARING, AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION** Optional analytics and advertising integrations are currently disabled. Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, and TikTok integrations are not enabled. The current application does not implement server-side advertising events or customer-list uploads. These application settings do not establish whether other FlickStreams, llc business activities constitute a sale or sharing of personal information. There maybe advertising-platform customer-list uploads outside this application. Personal information maybe sold or shared. If so, any and all information categories, recipient categories, and purposes maybe disclosed. Under California law, “sale” can include disclosure in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. “Sharing” includes disclosure for advertising based on a person’s activity across different businesses’ websites or services. All sensitive personal information collected, including applicable access credentials or sensitive information submitted through forms maybe sold, excluding credit card information. Before introducing new advertising disclosures, we will update relevant notices and provide required privacy choices and consent mechanisms. **YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS** Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have the right to: - Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about them, its sources, purposes, and recipient categories. - Request deletion of personal information. - Request correction of inaccurate personal information. - Receive applicable access information in a portable format. - Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. - Limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information. - Exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination or retaliation. Describe your request and provide the email address associated with your interaction with FlickStreams, llc when needed to locate your records. Access, deletion, and correction requests may require proportionate identity verification. We may match information you provide against existing records, such as your email address and relevant order or screening details. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or identity documents with your initial request. Authorized agents may submit requests through the same methods. We may request proof of authorization and, where permitted, verification or confirmation directly from the person represented. Where the CCPA applies, we acknowledge access, deletion, and correction requests within 10 business days and generally respond within 45 calendar days. If a permitted extension is needed, we explain the reason within the initial response period. The extension may be up to an additional 45 calendar days. We do not require an account or identity verification merely to apply a browser opt-out. We may request information necessary to identify other records covered by your request. FlickStreams, llc qualifies for the exclusively online, direct-consumer-relationship exception. **PRIVACY CHOICES AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL** Your Privacy Choices records browser preferences, including Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals. You can send a GPC signal by enabling it in a supporting browser or browser extension. Optional analytics are disabled. Advertising integrations start disabled and can load only when enabled by FlickStreams, llc, a privacy policy is published, the visitor explicitly permits advertising, the visitor confirms they are at least 16, and GPC is absent. The minimum viewing age is 13. The separate advertising permission threshold is 16. Withdrawing advertising permission stops subsequent advertising tag loads. Withdrawal does not itself delete information previously received by another provider. Browser preferences may need to be set separately on different browsers or devices. Clearing browser storage may remove saved preferences; an active GPC signal will continue to communicate your choice. Use the request form or privacy email to identify email-associated records when relevant. Identification is not required simply to apply a browser opt-out. GPC applies to recognized users and associated records, the treatment of legacy “Do Not Track” signals, and embedded providers maybe able to collect information across unrelated websites. **RETENTION** We currently have no established deletion schedule for personal information stored in our application. Identifiers, order records, screening and viewing records, support correspondence, security logs, marketing records, and privacy request records may remain stored until an administrator removes them. No general automatic deletion schedule is implemented. You may request deletion through the Privacy Request Form on our website or by emailing support@streetdreamsprod.com. Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions. My List selections are stored in your browser and can be removed by clearing the relevant browser storage. **PROVIDERS AND OTHER DISCLOSURES** Our operational providers include: - DigitalOcean — hosting. - Mux — video delivery. - Resend — email delivery. - Stripe — payment processing when enabled. Information disclosed depends on the function each provider performs. A provider’s legal role depends on the applicable processing and contractual arrangements. We may disclose personal information when required or otherwise permitted by applicable law in connection with legal obligations, fraud prevention, or protection of legal rights. Identifiable viewing information remains subject to applicable video privacy restrictions. Opening a social sharing link takes you to that platform, where its own privacy practices apply. **VIEWING PRIVACY** Information connecting an identifiable person with a particular film or viewing history receives particular protection. Where the Video Privacy Protection Act applies, disclosures must comply with that law. When separate consent is required for a disclosure, acceptance of this general privacy policy does not itself provide that consent. **CHILDREN** Our service is intended for viewers aged 13 and older. Children under 13 are not permitted to use the service. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through our service, contact support@streetdreamsprod.com so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deleting information collected without legally required parental consent. Our advertising controls require visitors to confirm that they are at least 16 before permitting advertising integrations. FlickStreams, llc does not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing information about consumers under 16, including activities outside this application.
